Brian Pessin
Owner
With a strong background focused in IT and Telecom, Brian formed CSG’s concept. Through his experience in the industry, he realized a lack of consistency, communication, reliability, and attention to detail. With the utilization of these core values, and a dedicated team who believed in the organization’s mission, CSG has quickly become a leader in the structured cabling industry.
Brandon Madore
Director of Operations
Brandon Madore brings over 15 years of experience in operations, general contracting, electrical work, client relations, and team building. His background helps ensure efficient project delivery, strong client partnerships, and practical solutions in the field. Known for his leadership and problem-solving skills, Brandon helps create a positive work environment while keeping projects organized, productive, and moving forward.
John Bush
Operations Manager
John supports Operations at Cabling Solutions Group and brings over 10 years of experience in the cabling industry. His background includes door access controls, fire alarm systems, building automation systems, and commissioning work for mechanical and medium voltage systems. John’s experience, knowledge, and work ethic help CSG meet deadlines, deliver materials on time, and support a safe work environment.
Anthony Black
Project Manager
Anthony Black brings over 10 years of experience in low-voltage systems, including high-end home theaters, security systems, automation, access control, and network design. As a Project Manager, he helps coordinate teams, manage expectations, and keep projects running smoothly. Anthony is known for his attention to detail, client-focused approach, and commitment to delivering a strong experience from start to finish.
Nick Bartlett
Project Manager
Nick Bartlett brings over five years of experience in the cabling industry, along with a strong background in sales and client relationships. His experience as a Low Voltage Installation Lead Technician gives him valuable insight into system design, installation planning, and project needs. Nick helps clients find practical solutions for low voltage, AV, CCTV, and access control installations.
Joey Padias
Operations
Joey Padias supports Operations at Cabling Solutions Group with a strong background in Information Technology. His experience includes network administration, field technician work, troubleshooting, process improvement, and automation. With an Associate Degree in Network System Administration and a Bachelor’s in Cyber Security, Joey brings technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a steady approach to supporting both the team and CSG customers.
Kamron Lancaster-Jones
Foreman
Kamron Lancaster-Jones joined Cabling Solutions Group new to the trade and grew into the low-voltage expert he is today. He has worked through every level of the field, from base installer to foreman, while helping build and train CSG’s in-house fiber optic team. Kamron continues to support special projects with strong leadership, focus, and attention to quality.
Carlos Adame
Estimating Coordinator
Carlos Adame brings five years of electrical field experience to his role as Estimating Coordinator. His ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications helps him prepare detailed, accurate, and timely estimates. Before joining Cabling Solutions Group, Carlos gained experience across a range of electrical projects, giving him the knowledge to support residential and commercial work with confidence.
Tyler Madore
Warehouse Manager
Tyler Madore brings a diverse background in construction, military service, electrical projects, audio engineering, sound design, music production, and marketing. As Warehouse Manager, he applies discipline, organization, and creativity to help keep projects supported and moving efficiently. His mix of technical experience and leadership helps the team stay prepared, focused, and ready for the work ahead.

We had a project to move 30+ servers from Miami to Dallas. The job provided by Cabling Solutions was very good and the customer service provided was more than excellent. This kind of move is not done often, but I will get in contact with this company for sure in any future need we have.
